What People Are Saying
“Working with Sadie has fundamentally changed how I lead.
I came into this role strong technically, but without a clear framework for managing people, performance, or complex team dynamics. Through our work, I’ve developed the ability to set clearer expectations, handle difficult conversations, and make better decisions, even in ambiguous situations.
More importantly, I’ve shifted how I think as a leader. I’m more strategic, less reactive, and better able to separate what I can control from what I can’t.
This has not only made me a more effective manager, but has also given me more clarity and confidence in how I operate day-to-day.
I’ve grown significantly not just as a leader, but as a person.”

“Working with Sadie has helped me set clear boundaries between my work and home life—even in a remote environment. As a result, my stress level has gone down significantly, and I’ve become a stronger leader by stepping back and allowing my team to grow and problem-solve independently.
If you’re on the fence, I’d say this: now is the time to step off autopilot and really evaluate what energizes you and allows you to show up as your best self—both at work and at home.”

I have become so much more aware of what I value and where that is misaligned with my actions in my life and in my work that may be causing discomfort/tension. I've also started making choices for myself in my daily life and in my work with more intention and thought to ensure it aligns with my internal compass verses doing it because that is how I've always done it.
In all areas of my life it is helping me pause, feel, and assess before doing things on auto pilot.
For anyone who is considering doing this kind of work - Invest in yourself, even if you feel like you could wait or spend the money on something else. The longer you wait, the less time you have to live your life the way you want it!

Since starting this work, one of the biggest things that has changed for me is that I now have dedicated, purposeful time to focus on myself, my development, what I want, and where I want my career to go. Life and work can get so busy that it is easy to stay in motion without stopping to really think. This process has created space for me to pause, step out of my usual craziness, and intentionally focus on my growth with a clear pathway.
Another thing that has been really impactful is the work we have done around mapping key professional and life milestones and understanding how those experiences have shaped my beliefs, habits, and behaviors. At first, I honestly thought it felt a little silly to isolate certain things that seemed small or insignificant. But as we worked through them, I started to see meaningful patterns. I realized that some of those “small” habits and behaviors actually add up to a lot over time. Becoming more conscious of them has been incredibly informative for me, and I see that awareness as the first step toward growth and moving beyond patterns that may no longer serve me.
The impact is still bubbling, since we are only about halfway through the process, but I already have a better sense of where I am going. I have not made massive external changes yet, but I feel encouraged because I am taking action, making a plan, and doing the things I have wanted to do for a long time. I feel more supported and more confident in my ability to move forward intentionally.
I would absolutely recommend working with Sadie to another woman considering this kind of work. One of the things I appreciate most is that she understands professional challenges do not exist in a vacuum. They always bleed into personal life, family, responsibilities, and all the other obligations women are often carrying. Sadie takes a more holistic view, which makes the work feel realistic and relevant.
She is an excellent listener, and our sessions are organized and structured in a way that gives us a pathway and timeline, but they are not overly rigid. She always checks in, listens to what is happening in real time, and adjusts what we discuss or work on based on my current needs. Life is real time, and she gets that. She is adaptable, thoughtful, and very easy to talk to. I feel like I have both structure and support, which has made this process really valuable for me.

You are so BRILLIANT and such a gift to me and to this industry....
Working with Sadie has genuinely changed the trajectory of my career and in many ways, my life. What makes her exceptional is her ability to help you get all the way to the crux of the matter (as we say in coaching school). There was one particular challenge that I had been wrestling with for years in a key professional relationship that kept coming up. I felt stuck. Through our work together, she helped completely reframe my perspective, shifting from seeing this person as a partner to seeing them as a mentor. It sounds simple, but that shift unlocked something profound. It changed how I show up, how I communicate, and ultimately changed the course of my career.
Sadie is a rare combination of wisdom, empathy, and reality. I want to highlight her wisdom: it is a quiet wisdom that continually blows me away. I am genuinely in awe during each coaching session of how brilliant she is, and the impact she is capable of having on this industry.
To any woman considering this kind of work: do it. The return on investment extends far beyond your career. Without her, I would not be moving in the direction I am today... and I am so proud to call her my coach.

Working with Sadie over the past six months has taken me to places I didn’t expect. I initially thought our work would focus primarily on career and leadership, but we ended up exploring my relationships at home, my deeper definition of success, and the values that truly guide me.
One of the biggest changes has been how I relate to the people around me at home, how much energy the “care taking” role consumes. I’ve become more intentional about helping family members take ownership and accountability for themselves, and that shift has brought me a greater sense of peace and steadiness in my own life. I also feel much more confident about my next steps personally and professionally.
Sadie has a way of gently but persistently asking the right questions. She helps me see myself and my choices in a new light and helped me uncover where what I want and what I feel I “should” do may be in conflict.
For another woman considering this kind of work, I’d say coaching can help you uncover strengths and perspectives you may not fully recognize in yourself. Think about the value you bring: your leadership, experiences, and lessons learned. Allow yourself the space to explore what that means for your life and future.
I’m grateful for the way this work has helped me feel more grounded, more confident, and more aligned with what matters most to me.

The impact of working with Sadie has been concrete and visible. I was promoted during our engagement, which felt like recognition of real growth rather than just time served. I successfully navigated one of the hardest situations a people manager faces, something I had genuinely no roadmap for when we started. I handled it with more composure than I expected, and came out the other side knowing I could do it again if I had to.
More broadly, I think I've become a better leader for my team. I have more strategic headspace now. I'm more present with them. And I've built a team culture where people take ownership and step up which I'm genuinely proud of. I've also gotten better at not carrying work stress in a way that depletes me. That's had a real impact on my day to day.
Towards the end of my coaching with Sadie, my confidence as a leader and decision maker greatly increased. Working through weekly situations related to my team was valuable but beyond that my strategic thinking, communication style, and execution were being strengthened.
Sadie has a rare ability to meet you exactly where you are. She never made me feel like I should have it all figured out, instead she helped me figure it out, in real time, using the situations I was actually dealing with. She has a lot of experience and she brings that into the room, but she doesn't just hand you answers. She asks the right questions, challenges your thinking where it needs challenging, and then trusts you to land in the right place. I like this paragraph; there were times I felt challenged and your questions always allowed me to build on my instincts while refining my approach.
What I valued most was that she could hold the whole picture, she could see patterns in my thinking and behavior that I couldn't see myself, and she'd reflect those back without judgement. She's warm but direct, and she doesn't let you off the hook when you're avoiding something. That combination is hard to find.
