Hi, I’m Sadie - an accomplished Chief People Officer, executive coach, and leadership consultant with over 20 years of experience driving strategic planning, leadership development, and organizational transformation in both public and private equity-backed companies.

My expertise sits at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and culture, delivering real business impact through conscious self-leadership and people-centered change.

Having lived and worked across Europe, Asia, North and South America, I see leadership and business through a truly global lens. Now based in the U.S., I to partner with executive teams and organizations worldwide to align people and performance, activate high-impact leadership, and cultivate thriving, purpose-driven cultures.

I’m also the co-founder of Life Intended—a movement for women’s self-leadership, purpose, and agency. Through my group and individual programs, I am passionate about helping women rise with clarity, confidence, and conviction, reclaiming their personal power and leading intentional lives.
