My expertise sits at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and culture, delivering real business impact through conscious self-leadership and people-centered change.
Having lived and worked across Europe, Asia, North and South America, I see leadership and business through a truly global lens. Now based in the U.S., I to partner with executive teams and organizations worldwide to align people and performance, activate high-impact leadership, and cultivate thriving, purpose-driven cultures.
